Why Cadre?
“The cadre system
created an environment for my personal learning and professional action.
More importantly, cadre stimulated an ownership and responsibility
for follow-through, dissemination and continuous learning. Cadre made
an exemplary contribution to our individual and organizational growth.”

ITS Cadre Power! Have you ever inwardly groaned when you’ve been placed on a committee? Does it come from the experience of too many meetings with very little results? Committees often consume too much time and have minimal impact because the committee did not really have a clear purpose for meeting, did not have the power to implement any changes they recommended, or did not feel that their input would have any influence. stated, a cadre is a flexible grouping of highly motivated individuals
who improve the skills and attitudes by serving as agents for change
and improvement in their organizations. Check out our Career & Tech Cadre “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed individuals can change the world. Indeed it’s the only thing that ever has.” ~ Margaret Mead |
